Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Product Testers Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

For Product Testers

As a tester, you agree to:

  • Provide honest, unbiased reviews of products
  • Follow the specific requirements for each deal
  • Not resell or redistribute products obtained through deals
  • Submit reviews within the specified timeframe

For Brand Owners

As a brand owner, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your products
  • Honor the terms of deals offered to testers
  • Ship products in a timely manner
  • Not manipulate or coerce testers into positive reviews

Honor System Policy

Product Testers Club operates on an honor system. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Reimbursement Commitment

Brand owners commit to reimburse testers within 30 days of the tester submitting their Amazon order number. This commitment is made directly between the brand owner and tester. Product Testers Club facilitates this connection but does not guarantee any reimbursement.

No Platform Guarantee

Product Testers Club does not guarantee, warrant, or insure any reimbursement between brand owners and testers. All transactions are conducted at your own risk. We provide reputation tracking (payment reliability ratings) to help users make informed decisions, but this does not constitute any guarantee of payment.

Mutual Trust

Both testers and brand owners agree to act in good faith. Testers agree to make genuine purchases and provide honest reviews. Brand owners agree to honor their reimbursement commitments. Failure to uphold these commitments may result in negative ratings, account restrictions, or permanent removal from the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
  • Interfere with proper functioning of the service
  • Create fake reviews or manipulate ratings

Content & License

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to use that content in connection with the service.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely. Prices shown in USD. Refund policies vary by deal.

Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the service.
